Rescheduling orders – If you would like to reschedule you order, we can do so. We need at least 36 hours notice (before delivery date). Please contact us on and we can alter the delivery date for you.
Canceling orders – If you would like to cancel you order we can do so. We need at least 36 hours notice (before delivery). Refunds will be processed within 5 days. Please contact us on
Deliveries – Once we have passed the deliveries onto the courier then it is their responsibility to get the items to you for the correct date/time. Please note that if you have missed the delivery, instructions will be left at the premises for you. If you have not received your order then please let us know. We will get in touch with the courier and then will advise you what to do next. Nosh can not be held responsible for missed deliveries.
Our content – The website, artwork, images, text and logos are all intellectual property of Jeff the chef foods and may be protected by copyright, trademark and patent law. Customers are not to copy, reproduce or reuse .
Packaging – Packaging may differ from advertised. We try to choose packaging that best suits storage for your meals. We will always give instructions with every order. The heating & storing instructions are given as a guide only.
Refund – We offer no refunds on our products.
