- Is the food okay to freeze?
- The food can be frozen for up to 1 month in its original packaging. Apart from the Hotshot Parmo as the garlic sachet is not suitable for freezing.
- How long should I heat the food up?
- Please follow the cooking instruction at the back of the sleeve. All products are suitable for the oven and microwave.
- Are the meals halal?
- Yes. Our meals are halal.
- Do the items come cold?
- The items are shipped in a temperature controlled box keeping the items between 2-5 degrees. Once the seal is broken the contents must be put straight into the fridge or freezer. The insulated box acts like a mini fridge when in transportation.
- How long will the meals last?
- All our meals have a 7-day shelf life from the day of production.
