All our meals have a 7-day shelf life from the day of production.

Please follow the cooking instruction at the back of the sleeve. All products are suitable for the oven and microwave.

The food can be frozen for up to 1 month in its original packaging. Apart from the Hotshot Parmo as the garlic sachet is not suitable for freezing.
